The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum

A water-based brightening and oil-balancing serum available in 30ml and 60ml sizes (same formula across both). Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is a multitasking active that reinforces the skin barrier by supporting ceramide production, calms visible redness, and gradually fades the look of post-blemish marks and uneven tone. At 10% it works at a high but well-tolerated concentration. Zinc PCA is a synergistic combination of zinc and pyrrolidone carboxylic acid that helps regulate sebum activity and supports a clearer-looking complexion in oily and blemish-prone skin.

The texture is a thin, fast-absorbing fluid with no oil, silicone, or fragrance, designed to layer cleanly under any moisturiser or SPF. Used twice daily, clinical testing reports visibly smoother, more luminous skin within 7 days. Conflict warning: avoid layering with pure-form L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) in the same routine — the two can reduce each other's effectiveness; use them in separate AM/PM applications instead.
