A lightweight cream-gel that delivers 10% high-purity azelaic acid — a naturally occurring dicarboxylic acid found in grains and produced by yeast that lives on healthy skin. Unlike AHAs and BHAs, azelaic acid works through multiple mechanisms at once: it brightens uneven tone and post-blemish marks by inhibiting tyrosinase (the enzyme that produces melanin), calms visible redness, has antibacterial activity against blemish-causing organisms, and gently refines surface texture. The 10% concentration is the highest available without prescription in the UK and is generally well tolerated even by sensitive skin.

The texture is a silky, silicone-supported cream-gel that absorbs to a soft matte finish — no greasy residue, no fragrance, no alcohol. Daily broad-spectrum SPF is recommended throughout use to protect the brightening progress on existing dark spots.
