The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA 30ml

A daily moisturiser designed to mimic the skin's own natural moisturising factors — the cocktail of amino acids, fatty acids, ceramide precursors, urea, sodium PCA, sodium lactate, sugars, and hyaluronic acid that healthy skin naturally produces to keep itself hydrated and barrier-strong. Topically supplementing these elements directly is particularly useful for dehydrated, dry, or compromised skin where the natural NMF system has been disrupted by over-cleansing, weather, age, or active treatments like retinoids and acids. Eleven amino acids work alongside phospholipids, fatty acids and sterols to rebuild the lipid matrix that prevents transepidermal water loss.

The texture is a soft, lightweight cream that absorbs quickly to a non-greasy finish — comfortable enough for daily AM and PM use, and gentle enough to layer over even the strongest active treatments. Free from alcohol, silicone, fragrance, and gluten, with no notable ingredient conflicts. Suitable for all skin types but particularly valuable for dry, dehydrated, or barrier-compromised skin.
